Rebecca Cates

Rebecca Cates, CPA is Vice President - Treasurer for Expeditors International of Washington, Inc., a global logistics company. She began her career in public accounting with KPMG LLP, leaving as a Senior Manager - Audit, followed by five years as Corporate Accounting Manager for a nationwide operator of long term care facilities before joining Expeditors in 1996 as North American Controller.

Becky currently serves on the Gonzaga University Board of Regents, the Gonzaga University Business Forum Board and the Ethics and Leadership Advisory Committee for Gonzaga University. She is a past board member of the Washington Society of CPAs and the American Women's Society of CPA's (Seattle Chapter). Her community involvement includes serving on the pastoral and finance councils of her church.
