Jesuits provide relief efforts in Nepal

**Consider supporting the Jesuit relief efforts in Nepal**

All 68 Jesuits from the U.S./Canadian province currently serving in Nepal are safe after the 7.8-magnitude earthquake that shook the country on April 25. The tragic event killed 4,000 people and injured over 6,000.

The Jesuits there are doing all they can to assist with relief efforts. The Jesuits' St. Xavier College has opened its grounds to tents for those who have lost their homes. The Jesuits there are also handing out tarps, food, and candles to those in need. Rain and cold temperatures have added an extra layer of hardship for those who lost their homes in the disaster.
