Jesuits Give Refugees a World-Class Education

Did you read this one? Regis University of Denver, Colorado, graduated the first group of refugee students in the Jesuit Commons program. The program, fully title Jesuit Commons: Higher Education at the Margins, works with the Jesuit Refugee Service to give refugees in African camps a chance at a Jesuit higher education. These diplomas are a symbol of a triumph and a new beginning for these first graduates.
