About the Instructors:

Sarah teaches Hatha and Restorative classes at Serasana Wellness Centre in Fulshear, Texas, and an
all-levels outside yoga class in Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek and private yoga sessions. In her own
words: "I view the practice of yoga as a healing modality in itself and as an important component in maintaining mind, body and spirit wellness. It's only when we are fully present in our body that we can begin to truly understand who we are and yoga offers us that space of deep connection and community. My intention is to help guide others into this space of awareness through the connection of stillness, breath and conscious movement."
