Fr. Paulson, a Loyola Academy and a Georgetown University graduate, has served in a variety of leadership positions as a Jesuit, including president of Saint Ignatius College Prep in Chicago (1999-2010), rector of the Loyola University Jesuit Community in Chicago (2010-2014), and vocations director for the former Chicago Province (1993-1998). Fr. Paulson was named provincial of the former Chicago-Detroit Province in 2014 and was instrumental in working with the former Wisconsin Province to form the new Midwest Province, a twelve-state region that includes 23 pre-secondary and secondary schools, 6 universities, 8 retreat centers, and more than 20 parishes. In 2017 he was named the first provincial of the new Midwest Province.
These events were created to allow people with a Jesuit affiliation to build relationships, network, and enhance the Jesuit presence in Chicago. Feel free to pass this invite on to your colleagues and friends.
