Executive Director

Clara Dwyer

Inducted: Marquette University, 2019

Ms. Dwyer joined ASN as the Executive Director in June of 2022. She has worked in Jesuit education for 15 years including Marquette University and Chicago Jesuit Academy. In 2023, she was highlighted as one of 21 Women Leading Ignatian Ministries by the Jesuit Conference of Canada and the United States. Ms. Dwyer earned her bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University, her master’s degree in education from Northwestern University, and is a doctoral candidate in the Educational Policy and Leadership program at Marquette University.

Director of Development and Alumni Relations

Amy Venables O'Neil

Inducted: Marquette University, 2018

Amy Venables O’Neil joined the ΑΣΝ staff in November of 2014 as Director of Development and Alumni Relations. Before coming to Alpha Sigma Nu, she spent 20 years working in the non-profit sector, with six years as an Executive Director. She has extensive experience in program development, administration, fundraising, and social justice issues. In her development role at Alpha Sigma Nu, she helps execute the organization’s fundraising efforts including the annual sustaining fund appeal, planned giving, and other campaigns. Additionally, she manages all alumni efforts including virtual and in-person programming. Ms. O’Neil graduated from the University of Wisconsin- LaCrosse with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Director of Operations and Communications

Sarah Craine

Inducted: Marquette University, 2023

Sarah Craine joined the ΑΣΝ staff in June of 2021 as Director of Operations and Communications. She has worked within Jesuit higher education for 18 years including previously serving as a special event planner at Marquette University. Ms. Craine is experienced in project management, event logistics, communications, leadership, and teambuilding. Her responsibilities at ΑΣN include managing organizational communications, projects, and operations, supporting chapter advisers and the induction process, and planning for conferences and events. As a strategic thinker with a global outlook, she takes pride in promoting Alpha Sigma Nu’s mission. Ms. Craine earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication studies and her master’s degree in communication and media studies from Marquette University.
