Clara Dwyer  Inducted: Marquette University, 2019

Ms. Dwyer joined ASN as the Executive Director in June of 2022. Clara has worked in Jesuit education for over a decade most recently served as Assistant Director at the Center for Engagement and Inclusion at Marquette University, where she developed programs focused on increasing first-generation student retention and success, led the University’s multicultural pre-orientation program, and collaborated with institutional partners in developing programming and support guided by the Jesuit mission and identity.

Clara previously served as Assistant Director of Development and Volunteer Coordinator at Chicago Jesuit Academy.

Ms. Dwyer earned her bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University, and her master’s degree in education from Northwestern University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership at Marquette University. 

Ms. Dwyer was inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu in 2019 at Marquette University while serving as chapter coordinator. 

 

Amy Venables O'Neil  Inducted: Marquette University, 2018

Amy Venables O'Neil joined the ΑΣΝ staff in November of 2014 as the Director of Development and Alumni Relations.  Before coming to Alpha Sigma Nu, she spent 20 years working in the non-profit sector, with six years as an Executive Director.  She has extensive experience in program development, administration, fund development, and public speaking.  Her role at ΑΣΝ as Director of Development and Alumni Relations includes assisting in the development of the organization, marketing, and fundraising, and supporting alumni club growth and alumni opportunities. Ms. O'Neil graduated from the University of Wisconsin- LaCrosse in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

Sarah Craine

Sarah Craine joined the ΑΣΝ staff in June 2021 as Director of Operations and Communications. She spent the last 15 years as a professional event planner within Jesuit, higher education at Marquette University. Ms. Craine is experienced in project management, special event planning and coordination, communications management, leadership, and teambuilding. Her role at ΑΣΝ as Director of Operations and Communications includes supporting the advisors and the induction process, managing communications and office operations, maintaining the website, overseeing projects, and event planning. As a strategic thinker with a global outlook, she takes pride in promoting Alpha Sigma Nu’s mission and purpose. Ms. Craine earned a B.A. degree in psychology and communication studies from Marquette University in 2006 and is currently pursuing her M.A. degree at Marquette University, specializing in Communication and Media Studies.
