Resources for Practicing Gratitude

Gratitude is an essential part of Ignatian Spirituality and the teachings of Saint Ignatius of Loyola.  Each year, Thanksgiving provides a reminder to refocus on being grateful, however, as Fr. Jim Martin, SJ, notes, “Thanksgiving should be a daily occurrence, not an annual one.”  Use these resources to find the value of gratitude and to incorporate gratitude in your daily life.
